AT&T Giving Away Free BlackBerry Curve 8130s, BlackJack IIs, HTC Tilts
AT&T is offering a PDA promotion beginning tonight and going through this Thursday, April 24th. Refurbished BlackBerry Curve 8310s, BlackJack IIs, and HTC Tilts will all be free while supplies last when you become an AT&T customer or extend your service with AT&T.
RIM's BlackBerry Curve 8310 model is very similar to the original 8300 model but it includes GPS with support for location based applications. It also includes a 2 megapixel camera, music player, stereo Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, and memory card slot. The 8130 weighs 3.9 ounces and is 4.2" x 2.4" x 0.6".
The Samsung BlackJack II is an update of the original BlackJack with a better battery, larger display and increased memory. It has GPS functionality and a jog wheel, unlike the original. The device also features Windows Mobile 6, a full QWERTY keyboard, document viewer, music player, memory card slot, and stereo Bluetooth. The BlackJack II is 4.48" x 2.39" x 0.51" and weighs about 4.1 ounces. It also has a 2 megapixel camera.
The HTC Tilt is an update to the TyTN / 8525 that is thinner and has a tilt up screen, plus GPS, faster HSDPA data, more memory and a higher-res 3 megapixel auto-focus camera. It also features Windows Mobile Pro, stereo Bluetooth, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and Wi-Fi.
