AT&T Announces the LG Invision
AT&T and LG today announced the availability of their new multimedia device, the LG Invision. The Invision will be the third device to offer AT&T Mobile TV, and at about just 4" x 2" x .5", will be the smallest to do so.

The Invision runs on AT&T's 3G network, which allows it to reach speeds of up to 1.4 megabits per second. The phone has a 1.3 megapixel camera and is capable of Video Share calling. It includes AT&T Music, which gives the user access to downloadable music from eMusic, Napster To Go and streaming digital radio from XM Radio Mobile. AT&T Mobile TV, which is available in 58 markets, offers programming that includes CBS Mobile, ESPN Mobile TV, FOX Mobile and NBC2GO among others.
AT&T's vice president of Devices and Product Development for AT&T's wireless operations, Carlton Hill believes that, due to Invision's unique design and small size, "walking around town with live TV in your pocket has never been easier." Ehtisham Rabbani, vice president of Product Strategy and Marketing at LG Mobile Phones, adds that the "Invision is an example of [AT&T and LG's] effort to offer an easy-to-use multimedia mobile device at an affordable price. The Invision incorporates all of the latest entertainment technologies in a sleek form factor that is sure to get noticed."
The Invision is available immediately at all AT&T stores and online for a price of $99.99 with a two year agreement and a $50 mail in rebate. It comes in either black or white.
