Wirefly Offers Free Blackberry Pearls

The Internet's biggest authorized dealer of Alltel, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile devices,Wirefly, is currently offering RIM's Blackberry Pearl smartphone for free, with a few conditions of course. The offer is available with select service plans on two year agreements and is only available with primary and secondary lines. It looks like it is mostly available through T-Mobile on a 600 minute, $39.99/month plan. Basicaly if you are willing to go on a two year commitment then this is an appealing offer since the Pearl is about $350 without a plan.

BlackBerry Pearl

At 4.0 in x 2.0 in x 0.6 in and just 3.2 ounces, the Blackberry Pearl is a very sleek and light phone. It has a 240 x 260 pixel display and a SureType QWERTY keyboard. It also features a 1.3 megapixel camera with a flash and 5X digital zoom. It has an MP3 player and supports Bluetooth 2.0. It offers HTML browsing and multimedia messaging and, of course, features the push real-time email that made Blackberries popular with the business culture in the first place. It can be integrated with up to 10 email accounts. It is capable of video playback as well. It has 64 MB built in memory plus online photo storage, and is expandable with MicroSD cards. It is compatible with GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 networks.

The Blackberry Pearl in this offer comes with a battery, wall charger, USB cable, BlackBerry desktop software, hands-free headset, and a holster. The phone is available in red and titanium. The offer is only around for a limited time, probably until T-Mobile runs out of them.
