Google Launches Product Ideas Page
Google has launched a site that will allow users to post ideas or comments about mobile products and allow others to vote on them, like Digg, Reddit, etc. While you could already post your ideas on Gogle's mobile blog, this allows for much more visibility as other members vote ideas up or down.

The page is built on Google Moderator and allows you to submit, view and rate ideas. Supposedly Google will pay attention, get a better idea of what is important to people and take it into consideration while developing new mobile products. Unfortunately, if they happen to use your idea you will not be compensated other than a possible "shout out" on their Product Ideas Blog. If you think your idea is original and useful enough to deserve compensation you should probably not mention it on this page anyway.
Some of the popular ideas currently on the Google Product Ideas page include the ability to manage Google Calendar from Google Mobile (top idea so far), a product ideas page for all Google services, not just mobile, and an option on Google Maps that would speak directions to you so it could be used as a car navigator. Those are the top three ideas so far out of about 1000 ideas, with plenty more to come.
