AT&T set to Launch Mobile TV

AT&T was originally supposed to have their mobile TV service up and running by the end of last year. When it was delayed they projected an early '08 launch, and it seems that they are holding true to their word. It now looks like they are set to launch on February 5th. AT&T, in partnership with

Qualcomm's MediaFlo, will launch their service with two exclusive channels plus the eight channels that rival VerizonWireless has offered since their launch last March. These include CBS Mobile, Comedy Central, ESPN Mobile TV, MTV, Fox Mobile, NBC News 2GO, NBC 2Go and Nickelodeon.

The service will launch with an initial handset from LG, the Vu, which is expected to cost around $200 - $250.
