How do I reset my voicemail password?

You can change your AT&T voicemail password by one of three methods:
Online
1. Login to your myWireless account and select Phone/Device and choose Reset Voicemail PIN.
2. To reset the password choose the appropriate wireless number from the dropdown menu and click on submit.
3. The system will then send a text to your phone with your new password. If you do not have texting on your plan you will have to contact AT&T to have the password reset.

From your phone
1. Call either 611 or 800-331-0500.
2. Enter your complete wireless number, including the area code.
3. Press 3 for help with your voicemail.
4. Press 3 again to reset your password.
5. Enter your billing zip code.
6. A text message will be sent to your phone with your new password within 15 minutes. If you don't have text messaging you will need to contact AT&T to have your password reset.

From your voicemail box
1. Press and hold the "1" key.
2. Enter your password.
3. Press 4, 2, 1 keys to change your password.
