The offer is available with select service plans on two year agreements and is only available with primary and secondary lines. It looks like it is mostly available through T-Mobile on a 600 minute, $39.99/month plan. Basicaly if you are willing to go on a two year commitment then this is an appealing offer since the Pearl is about $350 without a plan.
