LG Voyager

You cannot unlock an LG Voyager because it operates on a CDMA network (Verizon's network is CDMA). Only GSM network phones can be unlocked.

You must upgrade to firmware version VX10KV07 in order to customize your shortcut menu. This can be done at your Verizon store. Once upgraded you can use the "Set" button in the bottom right hand corner to customize your shortcuts.

To check your firmware version go to Settings & Tools -> Phone Info -> SW/HW Version. Go to the SW (software) version. This will show you an alphanumeric string such as VX10KV07, which is your firmware version.
