Big Apple Savings Event on the new Macbook, Macbook Pro, and iMac extended through Cyber Monday
We recently wrote about MacMall's Black Friday 2008 sale in which they were offering deals on many of Apple's popular desktops and laptops. The sale has now been extended through tomorrow, Cyber Monday. Originally the deals included some nice discounts on products such as iMacs, iPods, MacBooks, MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs. They have added some even better deals for their extended sale.

One of the new deals is on a powerhouse 17" Apple MacBook Pro. This laptop boasts a 2.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4 gigs of RAM. With a 512 MB Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT video card it easily meets your computing and gaming needs. It also has a 320 gig hard drive and an 8X SuperDrive, but
Huge Apple Black Friday Sale on Macbook, Macbook Pros, iMacs
UPDATE: MacMall has extended the sale detailed below through the entire holiday weekend, through 11:59pm on 12/1 (Cyber Monday).
MacMall, Apple's largest authorized dealer, is having a three day sale that has actually already begun and will end on Black Friday at 11:59 PM. The sale pretty much covers the spectrum of Apple computers, including MacBooks, iMacs, MacBook Airs, Mac Minis and Mac Pros. A few of the deals caught our eye, here they are:

Measuring just 12.8 x 9 x 1 inches and weighing about 6 lbs. (including AC adapter), the13.3" MacBook is your perfect portable solution. The big bonus though is an upgrade from the gimpy 64 MB Intel GMA video card to a robust 256 MB Nvidia GeForce 9400M, which is a vast

Bechtolt and Evans, after seeing Steve Jobs announce the Macbook Air earlier this year (during which he pulled the Macbook Air out of a manila envelope), came up with the clever idea to create a "functional" case for the Air that looked just like the real thing. Cute.

Though to many of you, this might be old news, we just stumbled upon the AirMail case, as they've dubbed it. The AirMail case is made of vinyl and lined with fleece and will supposedly protect your Macbook from the rigors of everyday life. But don't worry, that's not it. According to AirMail's website
invisibleSHIELD for MacBook Air now available
Zagg Inc. has introduced its famed invisibleSHIELD for the MacBook Air. President of Zagg, Robert Pederson was impressed by the MacBook Air at MacWorld this year, and says the invisbleSHIELD will "provide unbeatable protection while letting the gadget be 'naked,' as we like to say. Owners will be able to protect their MacBook Air and still show it off - as naked and pristine as the day it came out of the box."
The invisibleSHIELD is a clear adhesive that was originally designed by the military to protect helicopter blades from being scratched and dulled by whirling debris. Zagg saw the potential in the
