A new study from Juniper Research concludes that adult video chat will be the new flagship of mobile adult content as the industry moves forward. According to their numbers the worldwide market for adult video chat should reach $1.5 billion by 2012. While interactive video currently accounts for less than 8% of all adult mobile services, that figure should jump to one third by 2012. Juniper also predicts that Western Europe will remain the largest market for mobile adult chat, with revenues jumping from $78 million last year to around $453 million in '12.
